01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website located at grccommunications.com (the "Site") and any digital products, courses, or services offered by GRC Communications ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By visiting the Site, creating an account, or purchasing a course, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

02 Description of Services

GRC Communications provides online educational courses related to digital communication, social media content creation, and personal brand development on platforms including, but not limited to, TikTok, Instagram, and Snapchat.

All courses are delivered digitally via a student dashboard. Upon purchase, you receive lifetime access to the course materials as they exist at the time of purchase, subject to our right to update or modify content for accuracy and quality purposes.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes, follower counts, revenue figures, or business results. Individual results will vary based on effort, skill, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

03 User Accounts

To access purchased courses, you must create an account with a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Course access is granted to a single individual. You may not share, sell, or transfer your account or login credentials to any third party. Violations may result in immediate account termination without refund.

04 Purchases & Payment

All prices are listed in US dollars (USD). Payment is processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details on our servers.

All sales are final except as described in our Refund Policy. By completing a purchase, you authorize GRC Communications to charge the stated amount to your selected payment method.

We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Any price change will not affect purchases already completed.

05 Intellectual Property

All course content, including videos, written guides, templates, AI configurations, graphics, and branding, is the exclusive intellectual property of GRC Communications and is protected by US and international copyright law.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the materials for your own private educational purposes only. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any course materials;
• Create derivative works based on our content;
• Share, resell, or sublicense access to any other person;
• Record, screenshot, or scrape course content for redistribution.

06 Prohibited Conduct

When using our Site or services, you agree not to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site;

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GRC Communications and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant course in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

09 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property violations.

10 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email to registered users.

Your continued use of the Site or our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
